What We Believe

Convictions & Practices

The foundational beliefs and practices that shape our community and guide our walk with Christ.

Foundation

Our Core Convictions

These convictions flow from Scripture and shape how we function as a body of believers.

Scripture as Sole Authority

The Bible is our only rule for faith and conduct. We believe in its complete inspiration, inerrancy, and sufficiency for all matters of life and godliness.

Plurality of Elders

Our church is led by a plurality of qualified elders, assisted by deacons. We reject hierarchical structures and embrace servant leadership, with all leaders accountable to Christ and one another.

Fellowship Meal

Breaking bread together is central to our gatherings. We share meals as a tangible expression of our unity in Christ and our commitment to one another as family.

Priesthood of All Believers

Every member is a priest before God. We encourage all believers to use their spiritual gifts for the edification of the body and the glory of Christ.

Church Named by Location

Following the New Testament pattern, we identify ourselves by our meeting location—Church at Gachibowli—rather than by denominational affiliation or founder's name.

Biblical Membership

Membership is for those who are born again and have been baptized by immersion. However, our gatherings are open to all who wish to join us in worship and learning.

Our Focus

What We Emphasize

Holy Living

We pursue sanctification, encouraging one another toward lives that honor God.

Personal Discipleship

Every believer is called to grow through systematic study of Scripture.

Prayer Life

Individual and corporate prayer is essential to our spiritual vitality.

Evangelism

Sharing the Gospel locally and supporting missions globally.

Disciple-Making

Not just converts, but disciples who can teach and lead others.

Language

Our main messages are delivered in English, reflecting our diverse congregation.

Telugu translation is provided when needed, and we can accommodate Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil speakers.

Personal prayer and sharing can be in any language—we celebrate the diversity of our community.

Giving

All giving is voluntary, motivated by love for God and His work, not compulsion.

Our priority is evangelism and missions—supporting the spread of the Gospel locally and globally.

Building and equipment needs are secondary to the primary mission of making disciples.
